E2E AGENT AND SCREEN CONNECT DOWNLOADS

To download and install our E2E software, please follow these instructions:

  Click “Download” on the needed software above. You may be prompted to “Run” or “Save” the file. Choose to save the file and confinue.

  If prompted to select a file location, choose where you would like to save the file and hit “OK”. If you are not prompted, the download will begin immediately and go to your “Downloads” folder.

  Once the download is complete, you will run the software. You will likely be prompted to “Allow changes to your device”. Click “Yes” and the applicafion will start.

  The “Agent_Uninstall” and “ScreenConnect.ClientSetup” will run in the background and will take approximately 30 seconds to download. “Agent_Install” will prompt a setup wizard. Click “Next” twice, then Click “Install”, and then “Finish” once it is complete.
