Kamal Punjabi
Owner, Senior Systems Engineer
Kamal was a co-founder and is now the sole owner and president of E2E Tech Solutions. Kamal started his career with corporate jobs, gaining over 15 years of IT management experience, including the fast-paced and ever-changing medical and hotel & gaming fields. He also implemented Las Vegas’ first fiber networks on the Strip between hotel properties. Always an entrepreneur at heart, Kamal moved away from the corporate employment to follow his dream of opening E2E in August of 1999. Since then, E2E has been fortunate to gain the trust of small and large companies alike with their technological needs. While deep in his career, Kamal also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management Information Technology from UNLV. As the owner of E2E, Kamal has the important responsibility of making sure all of our clients are happy, working around the clock to ensure the many relationships built over the years stay healthy and our clients businesses remain operating at the top of their game. When Kamal isn’t traveling around the globe with his wife and daughter, he is hard at work.
John Lehmkuhl
Lead Systems Engineer
He may look young, but John has been E2E’s go-to-guy for well over a decade. In a world of ever-changing tech’s and personnel, John has provided our clients steady, knowledgeable service from a familiar face that knows their individual account and networking needs. John is very conscientious and pays attention to detail, always going out of his way to make the customer happy. With extensive knowledge of both PC and Mac, a diverse understanding of field-specific software (dental, accounting, construction, medical, etc.), and 18 years of hands-on IT experience – John is an incredible asset to have on our side. When not in the office (or working from home), John is a musician, sound engineer, new husband and Cleveland Indians fan.
Joel Diaz
Senior Engineer
Joel Diaz is a Senior Engineer at E2E Tech Solutions who specializes in helping organizations build secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments. With a strong passion for technology and cybersecurity, Joel combines hands-on technical expertise with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
As he continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing education and industry certifications, Joel works closely with clients to solve complex IT challenges, improve security, and support the technology that powers their businesses.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Joel is an avid gamer who enjoys exploring new games and staying connected with the gaming community.,/p>
Jordan Shaw
Systems Technician
Joining E2E in May of 2020, Jordan is the newest addition to the E2E Tech Team, looking to merge his Associate's Degree in Internet Networking and Security with hands-on, real world experience and training while becoming an overall better technician each day. After a year of computer, AV and Smart Classroom troubleshooting and maintenance at College of Southern Nevada, Jordan is able to learn from three top-level mentors on a daily basis as he fine-tunes his craft. While not working on your PC, Jordan's hobbies include building gaming PCs from scratch and hitting the bowling alley to improve his 180 average.
Ruben Carrasco-Maria
Office Manager
Ruben Carrasco-Maria is the Office Manager at E2E Tech Solutions, overseeing client communications, project coordination, billing operations, and internal processes. He works closely with clients and the technical team to ensure projects stay organized, service requests are handled efficiently, and customers receive exceptional support.
Passionate about building strong relationships and creating seamless experiences, Ruben focuses on keeping operations running smoothly while helping clients get the most value from their technology investments.

Cory Stevens
Support Engineer
Cory Stevens is a Technical Support Engineer at E2E Tech Solutions with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and a Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. With over three years of hands-on IT experience, Cory supports and secures client environments while helping businesses stay productive, protected, and connected.
His expertise includes cybersecurity best practices, ransomware response and recovery, endpoint management, device deployments, cloud technologies, network documentation, and day-to-day IT support. Cory is passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering reliable solutions that keep critical business systems running smoothly.
Fun Fact: When he's not troubleshooting technology, Cory enjoys gaming and staying up to date with the latest advancements in tech and cybersecurity.
Bob Cox
Business Intelligence Expert
Bob has consulted for our clients for a few years. Bob has designed software and data solutions for multiple clients (engineering, construction, health & IT industries). He has built business monitoring and ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and C#. Design and build systems for transfer/import of EDI documents. Construct interfaces for transmission of data via web APIs (JSON, XML) to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Ship Station, etc. Ensure data integrity, accuracy & completeness through ETL process design and process monitoring. Generate reports, KPIs to assist management in identification of trends, business health. Report writing, process automation, ERP integration (Microsoft Dynamics, Global Shop, SAGE 300), database (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Access) and application development (C#, VB.Net, etc).
Tommy Holdmann
Infrastructure Engineer
Tommy has implemented many cabling structural projects for E2E in the past five years. Anytime we need fiber, data, media, phone or even electrical cabling work, Tommy is our go to guy. He takes ownership of any project we throw at him and gets it done below or within budget. Our clients love his work and we refer him time and time again.
